The use of white poppy seeds is the same as that of black ones: pastries, bakery, soups, carpaccio, if they are to be eaten raw, without going through the oven in a bun for example, it is advisable to toast them lightly to enhance the scent.

It is recommended, once opened, to store in a cool, dry place.

The product may contain traces of celery, mustard, nuts or sesame seeds.
