Rice flour in 500g format from certified organically grown rice, hulled, raw, ground to obtain the powder that will become flour.
Used as a thickener , also like any other flour, in addition to being mixed with wheat flour for example, you can add nuts or dehydrated vegetables to give it more flavor.
It is a good substitute for wheat flour in case of gluten intolerance, however, these flours do not have any type of certification.
And logically it is used to create our own homemade rice noodles
