Udon type noodle from Japan in 300g format
The udon noodle is made from wheat flour (in this case 97%) and salt, it is usually long and thick once it is boiled.
Introduced by a Chinese monk in Japan centuries ago, it is common to serve them in a broth made from mirin, dashi and soy sauce and then accompanied by different options, just as it can be served cold as zaru udon.
