Bulgur is a wheat grain larger than the usual semolina or couscous found in Mediterranean and central European countries.
A tabouleh salad is not the same without bulgur, drain it well first, use twice as much water as with couscous to boil it and let it absorb, then clean it well with cold water and enjoy the healthiest salad in the world
