500g of authentic organic sushi rice , to use: wash 1 cup of rice (250gr) of Sushi rice in cold water and drain. Transfer it to a saucepan with cold water (340ml or cup and a half), let it sit for 30 minutes and bring it to the boil.
Once the water comes to a boil, cover and lower the heat for 10-12 minutes or until the water has been absorbed.
Remove from heat and leave covered for 10 more minutes.
