Banana Sauce

Filipinas

€1.95

It is really a banana ketchup that is very typical of the cuisine of the Philippines and part of Southeast Asia.

From bananas, vinegar, sugar and spices, its origin is given through a recipe by Maria Y Orosa, a food technical expert from that country who, due to the shortage of tomatoes, during World War II, decided to change it for bananas and create this ketchup.

Used in almost all foods: Filipino spaghetti, tortillas, meats, chicken, marinades, barbecues, our advice is for those vegetarians or not who want to give a different flavor between sweet and spicy to tofu or seitan burgers.

Product from the Philippines, in 320g format
