Mixture of spices to create your own chutneys or a simple raita to accompany a good curry dish.
With chilli, coriander, cumin, ginger, cardamom and other spices such as nutmeg, with this mixture you can make a raita in seconds to accompany some pappadums or a curry dish, you just have to take a creamy yogurt (any will work, you just have to let it drain for a few minutes so that excess water comes out) add the spice mixture (half a tablespoon for every 100-125g of yogurt) and stir
You can accompany it with cucumber or onion on top, and look like a king with a tarka of black mustard seeds (it involves putting a couple of tablespoons of the seeds in a pan, letting them begin to toast and serving on top).
