Earl Gray is a type of black tea flavored with bergamot oil , a citrus fruit from southern Italy. It was born as a gift to a British Prime Minister in the mid-19th century and has become popular to this day.
It can be taken alone or with a little milk, at any time from breakfast to snack, due to that citrus touch it adapts quite well to drinking it cold as a refreshing drink.
The way to prepare it is to bring a cup of water to the maximum boiling point but do not let it boil, let it rest for 1 minute, put the sachet in and let it infuse for about 2 minutes.
