Sushi seasoning or Sushisu is a condiment created to season rice when we prepare it for sushi .

Normally you used to add rice vinegar plus sugar and salt but for convenience and flavor, sushisu gives you time and the right amount of each ingredient necessary so that your only concern is rolling the futomakis (well, as we always warn you, the first two come out bad but you already got the hang of it by the third one. The method of use is simple, for every 450 g of rice prepared and boiled for our makis, we will add about 100 ml of sushisu very quickly and taking advantage of the heat of the rice. Ingredients: sucrose, vinegar, rice vinegar, salt and cane molasses.
