Sardines grilled and canned with pickle . Sardines captured at their optimal moment, cleaned, grilled to give them a very delicate touch of smoke and with care so that the skin of the sardine does not come off during the process, then canned together with a rich pickle made with Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
At Güeyu Mar they are masters at perfectly controlling the time and height of the embers to ensure that each fish maintains all its flavor, texture and, in the case of this preserve, the aroma of cherry and oak wood smoke. Its careful elaboration does not allow a high production of this product, thus being very limited.
