Mild soy sauce, superior lignt, owes its name to the fact that it contains very little sugar compared to dark soy sauce. It is much more similar to Chinese soy sauces but without reaching the purity of shoyu and Japanese tamara.
Its use is excellent for marinades or dipping in it, sautéed vegetables, soups and consommé.
