Atom Bulam are well-known noodles or wheat noodles that are very typical of Indonesia and much of South Asia.
They are usually cooked by mixing water and oil in the saucepan to later make any type of goreng or ayam, they are very similar to bakmi or bami but without egg in their composition instead of being entirely made of wheat.
