Filipino noodles made with cornstarch in 450g format
Despite various influences such as Spanish or, more recently, French and American, Filipino gastronomy received many more from Chinese gastronomy and one of them, which retains even its name, is pancit or noodles.
In this case they are made from corn starch and water and are used to make typical dishes such as stewed bihon or soup. On the back of the package they give us a couple of recipes of this type. Serving 55g per person is indicated
