Nettle sausages in olive oil

Product: prime lean pork and bacon mixed with sweet and spicy paprika, adding nettles as the main spice, thus giving a touch of different flavor. 9/11 pieces. Without gluten.

Elaboration process: At Casa da Avoa the traditional recipes of grandmothers are followed. The traditional chorizos and fuets are complemented with such unusual ingredients as chestnuts, raisins, nettles, turnip tops or Albariño wine.

Ingredients: lean pork, bacon, paprika, salt, spices, soy protein, dextrose, olive oil (35%) and dried nettle.
