Product: The " cod of the friars " (abadejo dels frares) is a convent recipe, traditional from the Valencian Community, simple and attractive for its mixture of sweet and salty.
Elaboration: In its preparation, special care has been taken to preserve the qualities of the product and respect tradition. For optimal consumption, it is recommended to temper the can in hot water for a couple of minutes.
Ingredients: Cod (65%), extra virgin olive oil (18%), dried tomato (10%), orange (4%) and capers (1.5%), salt.
