Known as false cumin or, in the Middle East, the blessed seed, wormwood was widely used centuries ago in our cuisine but it gradually disappeared until now when it is requested more and more every day due to its multiple beneficial effects.
Essential for tarkas of Indian dishes, combined with mustard and cumin seeds, they are toasted until they start to explode and served on top of vegetarian curry , raita or aloo goobi.
It is recommended, once opened, to store in a dry and cool place. The product may contain traces of celery, mustard, nuts or sesame seeds.
