Tsuyu no moto or strong soy sauce to season all types of noodles: ramen, somen, soba and tempuras made from soy sauce, dashi and bonito extract.
It is a very versatile sauce, with an intense flavor that enhances the most typical dishes made with noodles. By containing the bonito and dashi extract, it will reinforce the flavor of the primary dashi of the broth or, if you have made it with normal broth will give you the necessary umami touch
It is also useful for tempura , either on top or, better, to dip the batter while we eat.
