Although it is in the curry section, in reality it is not another typical Patak's curry paste, the Tandoori paste is a dry dish, without sauce, made in the oven (hence its name tandoori, a special type of oven used in India).

We are going to compete with ourselves and our 40g tandoori masala is one of the best-selling products, but it is also good to have various options.

The way to prepare a tandoori chicken (note, it can be fish, shrimp, it goes well with everything) is simple: you put the pasta and yogurt in equal parts to marinate the meat overnight, the next day you put it in the oven and you let it cook.
