Golden Curry medium or mild 100g, kare or medium-type Japanese curry , very mild and less spicy than the typical Indian curry, served with vegetables, meat of all kinds or with fish sausages, and rice, all made in a stewed way

To prepare the dish, cut the meat into small cubes and finely chop an onion. Put a little oil or butter in the saucepan, add the meat and onion and roast until the onion is lightly golden, about 3 minutes. We can add carrots, celery, peppers or various vegetables and cook the vegetables.

We add water, more than half a liter for about 5 people, and bring to a boil, lower the heat, cover and let it chup-chup until the meat is tender (about 15 minutes). The time comes to add the curry, we break it into small pieces and add it, we stir to dissolve well and we leave it for about 5 more minutes for it to soak in and the sauce to thicken.

We serve with a good bowl of rice and watch the baseball game, well, the last thing is not necessary.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
