Jalfrezi curry spice mix in 30g format
The curry called Jalfrezi is, possibly along with Balti, one of the most popular curries outside our borders.
The reason is its freshness since it is made with tomato sauce and peppers in addition to being a type of medium curry, somewhat spicy but without being over the top.
We just have to marinate what we are going to cook with yogurt and the spice mixture (50g is designed for 1 kilo of chicken) for a while, in a pan we sauté the onion and when it is golden, we add the marinade until it is dry
Add the tomato sauce and peppers and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Serve with naan, rice and chutneys.
