Choricitos with turnip tops in olive oil from Casa da Avoa made with top quality lean pork, bacon, turnip tops and olive oil. All seasoned with paprika and a selection of spices. 9/11 pieces. Gluten free .

Elaboration process: At Casa da Avoa the traditional recipes of grandmothers are followed. The traditional chorizos and fuets are complemented with such unusual ingredients as chestnuts, raisins, nettles, turnip tops or Albariño wine.

Ingredients: Lean pork and bacon, sweet and spicy paprika, lactose, salt, spices, soy protein, dextrose, olive oil (35%), coloring (E-124), emulsifier (E-451 and E-452) , preservative (E-252), antioxidant (E-301), flavor enhancer (E-621) and turnip greens.
