Paste seasoning for Ayam Goreng , the Indonesian version of fried chicken, with a touch of cilantro, onion and pepper, served with jasmine rice or nasi goreng

Ayam goreng is the way used in Indonesia to prepare fried chicken, wings, thighs, hams, all of them marinated and marinated with this seasoning in paste format in 50g format.

It is very easy to use, we just have to marinate the chicken (or the duck which is also very good) with the paste seasoning for ayam goreng, the ideal is to leave it marinating overnight.
