Product: Oil-smoked herring fillets . Bornholms is a Danish canned fish brand that since 1915 has been characterized by the quality of its products. Located in Nexø, on the east coast of the island of Bornholm, the birthplace of smoked meats and an important and innovative gastronomy.

Elaboration: The herring fillets are smoked over beech according to traditional methods. They are then canned very carefully by hand. Rich in Omega 3.
