Select cockles

 The king of the aperitif, the cockle. The Saint Gervasi cockle is selected in the estuary. After a few hours in seawater to release the grit, it is cooked, selected by size and packaged in bulk. We recommend tasting the product fresh, around 10º-12ºC. The ideal is to put the can in the refrigerator half an hour before opening it and take them directly from the can. To pair, a good Reserve Vermouth or a Craft Beer.

Ingredients: Select cockles, olive oil and salt.
