Originally from Ukraine, Borscht is possibly one of the best-known dishes in Eastern European cuisine. Now we offer it in a concentrated version so you just add boiling water slowly until you achieve the desired thickness.
Borscht is a typical soup in Eastern European countries such as Poland, Russia or Armenia with beets and cabbage, boiled water, vegetables such as beans, cucumber, potatoes, also mushrooms, meat such as chicken, pork or beef are usually added.
In the end, rather than being a soup, it ends up looking like a typical stew accompanied by good bread.
