Organically grown coconut sugar in 300g format
Coconut sugar is obtained from the nectar of the flowers of the coconut tree. For its extraction, cuts are made in the flowers, from which their nectar flows, which is collected and subjected to moderate heat to eliminate the moisture content, turning it from being a translucent liquid to a dense, dark brown substance, which when ground gives coconut sugar.
This way of obtaining nectar is respectful of the tree, allowing the development and growth of the coconut trees, it is the most ecological and sustainable sugar.
