This tandoori masala is composed of: Coriander, paprika, pepper, chilli, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, bay leaf, garlic (proportions and/or ingredients may vary but the base is always the same)
Try rubbing it on fish or white meat before cooking it, you can use it to marinate with yogurt, after taking it out of the oven or grill, you can paint it with ghee so that it is one hundred percent perfect
