Originally from tropical areas, a typical flower of a warm environment, of ancient use (its name comes from the Greek hibiscus) it has always been used in infusion since it is excellent for circulation, digestive and decongests the intestine

Easy to prepare, in 3-5 cups of water for one cup of flowers, put it on the heat until it starts to boil, then lower the heat and leave it for about 10 minutes.
